This year the ASEAN Civil Society Conference (ACSC) 2011 was hosted by civil society groups in Jakarta from the 3rd – 5th May, 2011 at Hotel Ciputa in Jakarta. Representatives of national governments, municipalities, non-governmental and inter-governmental organisations, academics and refugees participated in the UN High Commissioner for Refugees’ (UNHCR) Dialogue on Protection Challenges held in Geneva from 9-10 December 2009.
